Members of the Firhouse Men’s Shed taking part in a nutrition and cooking skills class in FCC. The Firhouse Men’s Shed were instrumental in setting up the garden of Remembrance. We are delighted to share our facilities and to continue to develop our excellent community links.
All second year students visited Trinity College. The aim of this trip was to encourage students to set study goals for the Junior Certificate. They had a tour of the campus, attended a motivational lecture, met past FCC pupils studying at Trinity and got a free dinner in the canteen!
A music concert was held on the 25th of October with 3rd and 5th year students performing. Over 70 people attended this event and enjoyed the performances from a very talented bunch.
Students in TY who received eight honours or more in the 2019 Junior Certificate exams were presented with high achiever certificates in front of the present third year group. Well done all!
